The villa is really very 'light and airy' with lots of windows and patio doors opening onto the garden or terraces.
Living room: Large LCD TV, DVD, SatelliteTV with English Channel including all BBC and ITV Channels. and Hifi with connection for MP3 players. Large comfortable corner suite sofa and chair.
Dining room: Large extending glass table with seating for 8.
A laundry room can be found in the basement with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying racks.
Central heating with radiators in all rooms (available in winter months only).
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast table with seating for 4.
Outside Living
Private garden with 8 x 4m heated pool and a 2 x 2m children's pool. The pool can be heated (at an additional cost) to upto 28 degrees making it warm enough to swim March- Oct depending on outside temperatures. The heater will warm the pool to approx. 4 degrees higher than the outside temperature.
Large built in barbecue area with sink. Large Outdoor Table and 8 Chairs (table extension and 2 chairs in the garage). 6 sun loungers (2 on upstairs terrace).
Underground parking for several cars. Garage doors are electric and remotely controlled.
Electric remote controlled driveway and pathway security gates. There is an intercom for the pathway gate in the kitchen.
Electric metal security shutters to all windows.
