Booking notes
We require a non refundable 20% deposit for the villa with the balance of payment 8 weeks in advance. Security deposit of £200 to be paid in advance.
Please Note: We require the payment to made into our Portuguese bank account in Euros for which your bank will make a charge.
Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks 20% deposit. 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 30% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund. Please email/call for further information.
